Established in 1972, The University of Texas School of Nursing at Houston is ranked in the top ten percent of graduate nursing schools in the country. Our campus is located in the Texas Medical Center, and School of Nursing students enjoy the resources of a distinguished health science center combined with the expertise of the world’s largest medical center. Our school offers an undergraduate program leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a graduate program leading to the degrees of Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing. We also provide a wide variety of settings in which students and faculty can study, conduct research, and participate in clinical practice. The School of Nursing is one of six academic units of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
