Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program

Baccalaureate education in nursing is based upon a study of the sciences and humanities/arts and provides a foundation for continuing personal, professional, and educational development. The curriculum is designed to allow the student the opportunity to become a competent, self-directed nursing generalist who is able to critically think and function in a variety of settings.

Our program requires full-time study and many students find it difficult to work while in the program. Classes are held during the weekdays; however clinical may require evening and weekend shifts.

All students must have basic computer skills. A computer is required for all students. It is recommended that students review the computer requirements and recommendations before purchasing a computer.

Generally, applicants to the upper division Bachelor of Science in Nursing program are considered on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Completed application
