Master of Science in Nursing and Post-Master's — Nurse Leadership and Administration in Health Systems

The Nurse Leadership and Administration in Health Systems concentration prepares graduates to be leaders in nursing in both health care organizations and academic settings. This problem-based, highly interactive program blends real-time issues in nursing with research and knowledge drawn from successful businesses, the science of organization development, innovations in quality improvement, and the psychology of learning.

The program will provide an opportunity for:

  • Synergistic partnerships between service, academe, and other disciplines through shared learning and development
  • Customized, guided learning experiences, and programs of study
  • Learning multidisciplinary, contemporary leadership and business content

Requirements for the degree or certification are outlined in the curriculum overviews.
