Howell Nursing Research GrantsGrants are available to nurses engaged in collaborative nursing research programs in the Texas Medical Center.

Fleming and Davenport Awards The Lamar Fleming Trust and O. H. Davenport Fund are charitable funds established to benefit and improve the availability of the cure, treatment, hospitalization or care of persons with cancer.

Research Fellowships

• American Cancer Society Research Scholar Grants in Basic, Preclinical, Clinical, and Epidemiology Research Supports investigator-initiated research projects in basic, preclinical, clinical and epidemiologic research. Eligibility Criteria: Independent investigators in the first eight years of an independent research career or faculty appointment are eligible to apply.
